Epiidosis Investments LLC is proud to announce its role as a founding member of the newly launched Peruvian Business Council UAE, a country-specific bilateral platform officially launched under the umbrella of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
This strategic initiative aims to deepen trade, investment, and economic cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Peru, aligning with Dubai’s broader vision to strengthen its global trade corridors and facilitate cross-border business integration.
The announcement was made during the inaugural general assembly held at Dubai Chambers’ headquarters, in the presence of:
- H.E. Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade
- H.E. Alberto Alejandro Farje Orna, Ambassador of Peru to the UAE
- Ms. Maha Al Gargawi, Vice President of Business Advocacy at Dubai Chambers
- Ms. Liliana Velasquez, Founding Chair of the Peruvian Business Council

Strengthening Cross-Continental Investment Dialogue
The formation of the Peruvian Business Council comes at a time of accelerated trade between Dubai and Peru. In 2024 alone, non-oil trade between the two nations surpassed AED 8.3 billion, reflecting a 91% year-over-year increase, underscoring Dubai’s appeal as a strategic hub for Latin American investors.
Through this council, Epiidosis Investments will collaborate with other founding members and government stakeholders to:
Promote foreign direct investment (FDI) opportunities in infrastructure, technology, energy, and agri-business.
Facilitate business matching, cross-border structuring, and investment onboarding solutions for both UAE and Peruvian enterprises.
Provide advisory support for government-partnered projects in emerging markets through structured finance models and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
